So here goes nothing ...

Mandy came to Melbourne, Australia about 5 years ago, and after working hard for 5 years, she finally could afford to pay for the downpayment of a small, one bedroom, apartment style house at a suburb about 20 minutes away from the CBD. Every little furniture inside the small but beautiful house is from IKEA. She just loves the simplicity and the affordability of furnitures from IKEA.
Her room is painted in tan and white colour, equiped with a white table and swirly chair where she usually does her work at, and a HUGE wardrobe for all her clothes. On top of her bedside table, there's a clock and a vase with a pink daisy inside it, to add a pop of colour to the room. It is something she dreamt of years ago, and it came true.
For the past 5 years, she rely on the public transport to get to work, but just a couple of weeks ago, she finally manage to save enough money to get herself a second hand Ford Fiesta that she's really proud of.
*Alarm clock on her BlackBerry went off*
"Man, it's 8 already?".
It's a beautiful Saturday morning in Melbourne, during winter. It is a sunny day today and Mandy just had a busy week at work. The weekends is just what she needs. She had it all planned out on what she'd do on weekends, when she has all the time to herself.
She wakes up after the alarm went off and goes straight into the bathroom to have a shower while her little puppy, a miniature dachshund, is happily following her around ... till the bathroom that is.
"Bingo, sit! Don't follow me into the bathroom!"
After a nice hot shower, she made her way to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for Bingo. Then she change into shirt and jeans, put on her favourite leather jacket, and of course grabbed her Canon DSLR before she head out for some breakfast at Las Chicas which is located at South Melbourne. It's her favourite hunt for years, and having breakfast there just puts a smile on her face. She ordered the usual and also a cup of Affogato, and sat there observing the people around her and taking pictures of candid moments while waiting for the food.
She made her way to Carlisle Street after breakfast, and took more pictures, before taking the tram and head to CBD for a little shopping. She got out at Melbourne Central and went straight to Sportsgirl to hunt for new handbags. Of course Mandy loves branded handbags from Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Burberry, like every other girls, but with bills to pay, the car and the downpayment of the apartment, she's practically broke. Although she's broke, but she's never been happier to have a house and a car of her own.
Her relaxing weekends always consist of taking pictures around the CBD area, and this time, she found at little spot at Melbourne Central which is community Herb Garden where you can pick the herb and take them home for free.
She continue shopping after that little discovery, and as she walks past Kikki.K, she decide that she could not walk past the shop and not go in to have a look at those pretty stationery as it is just too attractive. This is what's wrong with her, she just find anything and everything attractive. Lucky for her, she's done no damage to the credit card, as she walks out empty handed.
It's about 2pm, and its time for lunch. Mandy decides to have lunch at Maccas (pronouced as "mackers", it refers to McDonald's) before she head home to refresh herself before a night out with her girl friends later tonight.
"To be continue ... "
