After listening to some guy screaming, for about 10 mins, through the window of my room. I've come to a conclusion that the guy is not screaming coz he's having a make out session with the girlfriend/wife.
It slipped out of my mind that it is football season. fml. That's where all the "WoO!" and "YEAH!" comes from.
